Retired Racehorse Project - www.retiredracehorseproject.org
This year PFIHT will shine a spotlight on the very equines who make this sport – and others – possible by naming the Retired Racehorse Project as one of our beneficiaries. Throughout the weekend, we will highlight some of the Thoroughbreds in the competition, as well as others. They deserve our respect and care after crossing the finish line for the last time.
Chester County Food Bank - www.chestercountyfoodbank.org
PFIHT will be supporting the Chester County Food Bank this year. The CCFB is not your typical food bank. They grow their own food and partner with area farms to increase access to fresh food for the 70,000 people who struggle with hunger in Chester County.
Cheshire Land Preservation Fund - www.cheshirehuntconservancy.com
The CLPF is a charitable trust created in 1989 to promote and encourage the preservation of open space, agricultural resources, and natural ecological systems in Southern Chester County.
The CLPF is fortunate to be working in an area where the natural resources and scenic viewsheds are deserving of special consideration when it comes to open space preservation. Through their efforts, and those of others, there are now over 30,000 contiguous acres in our area subject to conservation easements and deed restrictions that will permanently preserve their rural character and agricultural use.

PF is THE place to be in September.
Where else can you find not only the BEST eventing competition, but the BEST entertainment, shopping, food, parties, tailgating and more?
What is Eventing. The very word sends a tingle up the spine of its diehard fans. And to the uninitiated, beware: one weekend here and you WILL be hooked. As one of only three equestrian disciplines represented at the Olympic Games, Three-Day Eventing is the ultimate horse and rider triathlon. The athleticism of the riders and breathtaking courage of the horses is remarkable. From the elegant precision of dressage to the heart-pounding excitement of Cross Country jumping, this competition will keep you on the edge of your seat. PF is unique in that it provides spectators with an almost unfettered view of the entire cross country course, due to it’s spectacular hillside amphitheater-like topography in the pristine countryside of Chester County.
As if world-class equestrian sport isn’t enough to put the family in the car, PF is also a fun weekend in the country for everyone. Little ones will have a ball romping around Kids' Corner with face painting, a mechanical bull, petting zoo, carnival games and more; all FREE with your admission.
